I stole Nen’s bite

I don’t know if I have ever done this before, need was digging through the brownies for a peanut butter bite, but when she found one I grabbed it out of her hand and ate it. She was so shocked because I have always pretended to do it but I never actually have. I saw Nen’s face had such a look of disbelief after 5 years of just pretending, I just couldn’t stop laughing. Nen tried to tickle me so as punishment - it was funny. Then when Nen got another one I grabbed it, she looked at me like: you would dare do it twice. I gave her a big smile acted like I was putting it in her mouth and then jerked it back and ate it. I started laughing so hard from the look that Nen gave me I just fell over of the floor. Nen grabbed my brownie I was holding and took a big bite and plopped it down on my plate. It was just so funny, I laughed about it all night!

Hungry

I’m so hungry I might resort to eating my book. But we’re having Pizza for lunch provided by the law school. That is pretty cool!

Daddies may have their 15 minutes of fame, but mommies will always be the favorite

So since we got the house under contract two sell in two weeks, i have been madly searching for apartments (without much luck). It was about 12:30, nearly time for Rilyn’s nap, and there was another one i was going to go look at. I asked Tom if Ri could take a nap while i went to go look at the apartments. Sweetie heard this and became very sad. “Mommy, I wanna go look at the compartment with you. Please Please” I said “sweetie, why don’t you stay here with daddy.”  ”but i wanna go with you *sniff sniff*” “but sweetie, i thought daddy was your favorite.” (She has been saying for days that daddy is her favorite). To which she replied “He used to be, but…” HAHAHAHA It was so funny. Also, we were downstairs eating lunch while Tom ran on the treadmill. He finished and went upstairs to take a shower. Sweetie got on the treadmill and said “Im going to go for a run on the treadmill, then I’m going to get all sweaty,  then I’m going to take a shower.” Another cute cute cute thing to say.

Baby bro is such a happy kid. Last night we were with Em and Lisa and Josh and Camille when he just started busting out laughing. I wouldn’t even do anything and he would throw his head back and just laugh and laugh. It was very cute. His new fav. thing to do is watch TV, he loves staring at it. He really is a joy to have in our family!

Sunday I was over at Grandpa and Grandma Peterson’s house.  My new brother in-law, Josh, also has his mom over there.  She wanted everyone to come sing around the table.  She kept going on about how at her house everyone has to sing.  It was really stupid.  I wonder if she would think it was cool if I went around telling people they had to play a video game with me because at my house that is the rule.  Anyway she kept coming back and telling me I needed to come in. Yikes!  I guess she doesn’t take hints, or even direct answers very well.  Anyway at one point while she was on her rampage, Yvonne said something like “I don’t make anyone participate if they don’t want to in my house.”  I was like yeah!!! Go Yvonne!!  Made me even more thankful for the mother in-law I have.

So i actually did the 7 day chocolate fast. It was awesome. I never really realized how much extra chocolate I eat until i can’t eat any. I am now trying just having chocolate once a week, so far so good. :) I thought i should mention all of sweetie’s new little friends. She has Rabbit and Kirfaffy, he oldest and favorite imaginary friends. Then there is laughy and donkey. She will often insist on being called sarah or skyler (???). I think sometimes her imaginary friends are her way of working out a scary situation in her mind. For instance, we were at the okkir (sp?) mountain temple open house a week or two ago. It was unbeleivably crowded and noisy since it was the last week of it. At the center of the temple are two diverging staircases which we needed to go up, but they were so crowded it was taking forever. She noticed this and yelled as loud as she could “Kirfaffy!!! KIRFAFFY!! THERES NO ROOM. ARE ALL THE PEOPLE UP THERE?” Another time, we were going up a crowded, enclosed staircase and she yelled up the stairs “Kirfaffy!! Where are all the kids go???” Its really cute. At church yesterday, I couldn’t sit next to her on the couch because “Donkey was sitting there.” There are also certain blankets and pillows and clothes, etc… That I can’t use because they are rabbit or Kirfaffy”s.
